Job summary

Zego is hiring a Senior Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy across Personal Car products and markets. You will own complex pricing decisions end-to-end, balancing growth, profitability and customer value, while aligning with broader commercial objectives.

In this senior role you will partner with leadership, scale pricing capability across the UK and Europe, and set direction for pricing governance and performance metrics, all while mentoring the pricing team.

Qualifications

• Significant pricing leadership experience in Personal or Commercial Lines or revenue management.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to own pricing end-to-end from strategy to launch and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and executive-level storytelling capabilities.
• Experience building or improving pricing governance, frameworks, or operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing strategy to support growth, profitability and value.
• Own end-to-end pricing for product portfolios and initiatives, from design to launch and optimization.
• Lead pricing decisions for new propositions and market entries with clear governance.
• Develop scalable pricing frameworks, methodologies and metrics.
• Provide data-driven commercial insights for stakeholders and leaders.
• Mentor pricing team members and raise overall pricing maturity.
