Zego is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead end-to-end pricing across Personal Car products and markets. You will partner with leadership to shape strategy, drive growth and profitability, and own pricing decisions with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Personal or Commercial Lines pricing and revenue management.
• Ability to own pricing decisions end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven insights and metrics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive audiences.
• Experience building or scaling pricing frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with pricing leadership to define and execute strategy for growth and profitability.
• Own end-to-end pricing for a portfolio of products, from design to launch and optimization.
• Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries and major commercial changes.
• Develop pricing frameworks, methodologies, and scalable performance metrics.
• Provide clear commercial insight and translate pricing outcomes for stakeholders.
• Act as a pricing thought leader, driving innovation and maturity across the org.
• Mentor pricing team members and foster a high-performance culture.
