Job summary

Swift seeks a communications professional to lead consultancy and implement communication strategies for key customers. You will coordinate with management, suppliers, and media to plan and deliver impactful messages that align with company policies.

You will draft texts, develop materials, and ensure review and approval processes, while staying current with industry trends and technology to support both internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years in corporate/marketing communications, with at least 2 years as a communications specialist.
• Experience delivering communications plans, tools and materials for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications consultancy and/or plans; execute strategies for key customers.
• Produce, launch and ensure effective use of communication tools and materials (publications, presentations, promotions).
• Prepare and implement corporate communication projects within budget, time, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with management, specialists, suppliers and media/PR agencies to plan and execute actions.
• Stay informed on business trends and technology; become subject-matter expert for internal/external customers.
• Draft, write and revise texts and secure approvals from internal customers.

01 . Provide communications consultancy and /or plans and execute the communication strategies for key customers in line with communications strategy and policies

02 . Produce, launch and ensure the effective use of communication tools and materials, e. g. publications, presentations, promotions, etc.

03 . Prepare, implement and follow up corporate communication projects and action plans of medium complexity for specific customers within agreed budget, time and service level.

04 . Work with management, other specialists, suppliers, media/PR agencies, etc. in order to prepare, plan and implement actions.

05 . Work for internal/external customers to become expert in the subject matter. Keep abreast with business evolution, trends and technology in the market.

06 . Draft, write and revise required texts and ensure review for accuracy and approval by internal customers.
