Global re/insurance firm has an opening for a Senior Pricing Actuary to join their growing international team. Working on all direct business written through their syndicate, company paper, and MGAs, you will help shape the pricing and analytics function. The position requires a hands-on pricing actuary who also wants to be involved in building the team and working strategically. You will report to the head of pricing for the international business, with ultimate reporting lines to the CUO.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate large, multi-class deals: Provide insights into deal economics and viability.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews with MGA partners and third parties.
• Enhance the maturity of pricing capabilities.
• Develop processes and tools to ensure consistency and expand technical capabilities.
• Maintain the Pricing Policy and monitor adherence.
• Conduct peer reviews to promote best practices.
• Develop KPIs and frameworks for performance monitoring.
• Support Syndicate Plan and Strategy production, collaborating with underwriting and pricing teams.
• Provide insights for ORSA and Actuarial Function Reports, and contribute to relevant projects.
