Willmott Dixon is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join the East Midlands leadership team, based from the Nottingham office. You will lead multidisciplinary preconstruction teams across Estimating, Planning, Design and Project Management to deliver winning, robust and deliverable solutions for a strong project pipeline.

You will shape preconstruction strategy, work with senior Operations, Commercial and Design colleagues, and ensure alignment of commercial, technical and delivery

Formación

• Proven experience leading complex bids and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management.
• Experience of preconstruction within a main contracting environment.
• History of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preconstruction team across multiple technical disciplines from bid to award.
• Line management of Preconstruction Project Managers and provide direction to senior managers.
• Develop clear bid strategies ensuring alignment of technical, commercial and operations teams.
• Challenge risk, design, programme, logistics and procurement strategies to secure competitive bids.
• Build strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders and transition to delivery.
