The role involves acting as the technical authority, mentoring engineers, and managing stakeholder relationships across Sales and Delivery teams. Required skills include experience in B2B telecoms, strong expertise in UC solutions, and the ability to handle large-scale migrations. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior technical design or architecture role within B2B telecoms.
• Strong understanding of licensing models and professional services.
• Experience supporting large-scale migrations and multi-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee complex migrations and transitions.
• Engage directly with customers through workshops.
• Act as a 4th line escalation point.
