We seek a motivated Pre Sales Solution Consultant with a successful track record to join our sales team. You will work closely with Sales, Technical Sales, and Product teams to grow the business and support team initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver demos of the Varicent suite across Europe, especially France and Southern Europe.
  • Qualify opportunities technically based on Varicent solutions.
  • Conduct detailed discovery to qualify and scope prospects’ challenges, determine fit, and identify value delivery areas.
  • Execute technical sales activities like Proof of Concepts and Workshops.
  • Present application and cloud architecture to technical audiences.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP requirements and maintain response libraries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams on feature enhancements.
  • Partner with Compliance and Performance teams on security, regulatory, and performance inquiries.
Post-Sales Enablement:
  • Support onboarding by ensuring technical alignment and knowledge transfer.
Thought Leadership & Strategic Advocacy:
  • Represent the company at industry events and provide technical thought leadership.
  • Advise strategic clients to maximize platform adoption and impact.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
  • Track and analyze pre-sales metrics and improve processes.
Demo Operations:
  • Support demo operations, including environment strategy and assets.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years in presales for enterprise SaaS, with 3+ years in Sales Performance Management.
  • Native French speaker; proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience growing in French-speaking markets and Southern Europe.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring and delivering Sales Performance Management solutions.
  • Deep technical expertise in architecture, security, and integrations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong client management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to present to senior and technical audiences.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Proven sales success and ability to manage technical sales transactions.
  • Team-oriented and proactive knowledge sharing.
