Appoint Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead the pre-construction process on major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This office-based role covers tender, ECI and PCSA stages, coordinating estimating, planning, design and commercial teams.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on construction experience with reinforced concrete, drainage and groundworks, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualificações

• Experience leading pre-construction on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Background with a UK civil engineering contractor.
• Proven involvement in tendering, ECI, design coordination and buildability reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-construction activities across tender, ECI and PCSA stages.
• Coordinate estimating, planning, design, commercial and operational teams.
• Develop construction methodologies, programmes and proposals.
• Review requirements, identify risks and assess buildability.
• Lead design coordination, value engineering and tender reviews.
• Engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain.
• Manage interfaces throughout pre-construction and handover.
• Oversee transition from tender to project delivery.
