Job Description:

Our client based in Guildford specializes in workplace and commercial design and is looking to recruit a Senior Interior Designer to join their team.

This role requires a leader to successfully manage the Pre-Construction Managers and oversee the pre-construction of multiple projects efficiently and to a high standard.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Building contracts, letters of intent (LOI), performance bonds (PB), parent company guarantees (PCG), and insurances.
2. Design and design management
3. Supply chain management, including subconsultants
4. Building control
5. Coordination with landlords, statutory authorities, third parties, and incumbents
6. Programme, risk, and procurement schedules
7. Health & safety
8. Client interactions and presentations

The key skills required are:

1. Construction-related degree or higher education qualifications
2. Quantity surveying degree or higher education qualification
3. Trade qualification supported by experience in costing
