We are a forward-thinking organisation constantly seeking to deliver high performance and the outcomes of integration with a focus on quality, person-centred care, and sustainable services. This 36-hour post is based within Brunton House, Cowdenbeath. We are looking for one Senior Practitioner to join our team to provide leadership, supervise/support staff development, assist the team manager with core operational tasks, and be involved in delivering responsive assessments to the public underpinned by social work values and principles.

You will be a qualified Social Worker (holding a BA (Hons) Social Work or MSc in Social Work), with extensive experience of working within statutory frameworks supporting adults in the community. You will hold an accredited post-qualifying award or be willing to work towards it within the first 2 years of appointment.
As this role requires SSSC registration, the successful applicant will have three months to apply for registration. You must start your application as soon as possible to be registered within the required six months. Further details are included in the role profile.
The ability to travel throughout Fife is a requirement.
