Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Practitioner Psychologist and a Specialist Practitioner to join the Enfield spoke of the Enfield & Haringey Personality Disorder Service. The role focuses on highly skilled assessment, formulation and delivering MBT/DBT based therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

We require experience with complex emotional needs, coaching supervision, and involvement in service development projects.

Qualifications

• Registered HCPC Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
• Experience with severe and complex mental health problems.
• Experience at Band 6 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess emotional and psychological needs and formulate treatment plans with MDT support.
• Provide individual psychotherapy in MBT/DBT within caseload.
• Support pathway improvements and supervise junior staff as needed.
