Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8b Principal Practitioner Psychologist to join the Early Intervention team at Maple Leaf Centre in Solihull. The post offers a substantive contract, full-time hours (37.5 per week) and the opportunity to lead psychological services within ARMS/EIS settings.

• HCPC registered
• Some experience at 8a
• Community experience

Responsabilités

• Provide highly specialist, multilevel clinical/counselling psychology services in a cost-effective and culturally appropriate manner across the EIS/ARMS service.
• Lead psychological therapies and deliver NICE concordant service to individuals and families, including assessments, individual therapy (CBTp), family interventions and group work.
• Line manage qualified psychologists and supervise psychological therapists and assistant psychologists; contribute to service development, research and teaching/training.
