Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
• Registered with Social Care Wales.
• Significant experience in Adult Social Care.
• Experience in Integrated Triage or Front Door settings (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases with safeguarding and legal compliance.
• Provide guidance to team members on challenging assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate case documentation.
• Contribute to service performance and improvement initiatives.
