Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
• Registration with Social Care Wales.
• Significant post-qualifying experience within Adult Social Care.
• Experience providing professional support, guidance, or supervision to colleagues.
• Knowledge of Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Welsh safeguarding procedures.
• Experience of multi-agency and partnership working.
• Ability to assess risk and make defensible professional decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional leadership and guidance to Social Workers and other team members.
• Promote high standards of assessment, care planning and strengths-based practice.
• Ensure practice is compliant with legislation, policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Support staff in managing complex cases and risk situations.
• Coordinate referrals and workflow within the Integrated Triage Service and monitor demand and capacity.
• Represent the service at multidisciplinary and safeguarding meetings.
