Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant Social Work experience.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, assessment and child protection procedures.
• Experience managing complex and high-risk cases.
• Ability to provide professional supervision and practice guidance.
• Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies and statutory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex safeguarding and family support cases.
• Provide high-quality case supervision, guidance and support to Social Workers.
• Undertake assessments, safeguarding enquiries and intervention planning.
• Support effective multi-agency working and partnership with families.
• Promote positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
• Contribute to service development, quality assurance and best practice.
