Qualifications

• Qualified social worker with Dip SW and Social Work England registration.
• Experience in children's social care and safeguarding.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of complex cases with oversight.
• Supervise and mentor newly qualified and junior social workers.
• Chair strategy meetings and authorise key documents as needed.
• Lead reflective practice and promote relationship-based approaches.
• Facilitate group supervision and practice development sessions.
• Act as a specialist lead in areas such as domestic abuse or court work.
• Provide cover by deputising for the Team Manager when required.
• Promote inter-agency collaboration and best practice.
