Essex County Council is seeking a Senior Practitioner to lead the Young People with Disabilities Mid team in Chelmsford. You will manage complex caseloads, provide integrated services, and mentor staff while deputising for the Team Manager as required.

You will contribute to service development, maintain high standards of practice, and build multi-agency collaborations to safeguard children and support families within the Essex area.

Qualificações

• Must be Social Work England registered and maintain CPD.
• Experience delivering services to children, young people and families, including disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex caseloads for children and young people with disabilities.
• Provide integrated services to help families meet needs and support transitions to adulthood.
• Oversee duty arrangements, chair meetings, supervise staff, and deputise for the Team Manager.
• Lead on practice areas and contribute to service development projects.
• Maintain records, produce reports and participate in reviews.
