• Large MDT – including Prescribing Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, Smoking Cessation Advisors, Drug and Alcohol Counselors, and a strong Nursing team
• Well-established, supportive team with great staff retention (well-doctored surgery)
• Affluent population + homeless and refugee patient groups
• Incredibly supportive, coherent, and forward-thinking practice!

Your role –

• Full-time, condensed hours – 4-day week (Will consider slightly fewer hours)
• Flexible with working days, but must work Monday and Friday
• Chronic Disease Management
• Mentorship and long-term development of the Nursing team
• All pre-booked, mainly face-to-face appointments
• Own clinical room
• Dedicated admin time
• Primary Care experience essential!
• Prescribing preferred, but not essential
