Qualifications

• Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards within agreed timescale.
• Quality Improvement Systems for Leaders or willing to undertake within agreed timescale.
• Evidence of continuous personal development.
• Key skills in literacy, numeracy and ITQ level 2 (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and training across services.
• Implement key practice developments and quality initiatives to achieve excellence in patient care.
• Promote inter-professional learning activities across services and implement in-house teaching.
• Support staff personal and professional development while working across services and a seven-day roster.
