Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in the North-East England region is recruiting a Qualified Nursing Associate to join the East Durham community intervention team. You will carry your own caseload as Lead Professional within a busy community mental health setting, supported by a multidisciplinary team.
The post requires the Nursing Associate registration with the NMC and a Nursing Associate foundation degree, along with travel across the locality.
Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C or equivalent.
- Qualification in assessment, supervision and teaching in clinical practice.
- Understanding of NMC standards and revalidation requirements.
- Experience in a health care setting.
- Ability to supervise learners and learners in the clinical setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and the multi-disciplinary team.
Responsabilités
- Carry own caseload as Lead Professional within the community mental health team.
- Work within an integrated community mental health service with supervision and MDT support.
- Engage in multiagency liaison and service development initiatives.
- Travel across the locality and use appropriate transport as required.
