Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
• GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or equivalent.
• Qualification in assessment, supervision and teaching in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Carry own caseload as Lead Professional with supervision from the MDT.
• Provide recovery-focused interventions to service users.
• Collaborate with multi-agency services across Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust.
