Homeless Link is seeking a Senior Practice Development Manager to identify, develop and disseminate positive practice and drive improvements to end rough sleeping and homelessness in England. You will lead a team of Practice Development Managers and coordinate project delivery within the Innovation and Good Practice directorate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-project programmes with strong delivery outcomes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-team work and external partners.
• Excellent networking, influencing and written communication skills.
• Delivering presentations, workshops or public speaking with impact.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with creative approach to new ways of working.
• Handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard IT tools.

Responsabilités

• Line manage Practice Development Managers, coaching and supporting staff to achieve objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects and consultancy work delivered by the team.
• Quality assure activities and outputs of the Practice Development Managers.
• Lead on project planning, risk management, budget management, and monitoring and evaluation in collaboration with Head of IGP.
