Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead a major change programme for a homelessness charity in North London. You will drive service transformation, bring housing, health, mental health, employment and voluntary sector partners together to create more joined-up, person-centred support and better outcomes.

You will build strong partnerships, guide process improvements, and use data to drive results.

Qualifications

• Strong partnership, project management and communication skills are required.
• Experience across homelessness, housing, health or social care is highly desirable.
