Job summary

TPF Recruitment are supporting a reputable chartered accountancy practice based in Paddock Wood with a Senior Practice Accountant role. You will focus on statutory accounts and corporate tax, with potential to handle some self assessment and management accounts work.

The role offers hybrid working and flexible hours, with full time or part time options based on experience. You will join an experienced team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified, or studying ACA/ACCA, or qualified by experience with at least 3-5 years experience within practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly accounts and VAT returns.
• Managing your client portfolio and client relations.
• Oversee and review the work of more junior staff and bookkeepers.
• Onboard new clients and assist the partners with ad-hoc consulting and systems implementation work as required.
