Job summary

Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions Ltd in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Practice Accountant / Client Manager to own a key client portfolio and join the senior leadership team. This on-site/hybrid role offers £40,000-£52,000+ DOE with a clear path to Senior Management.

The successful candidate will oversee statutory accounts under FRS 102 & FRS 105, resolve HMRC queries, and drive growth through cross-selling opportunities while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist with 4-5+ years UK accountancy practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements under FRS 102 & FRS 105.
• Lead client portfolio management and handle complex tax/HMRC queries.
• Mentor trainees and supervise junior fee-earners to ensure quality control.
