Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior in the Harrogate area. You will oversee statutory accounts, complex MI, and tax computations for a varied corporate and SME client base, collaborating with managers and partners.

The role offers hybrid working, clear progression to management, and a focus on autonomy within a supportive regional practice renowned for its forward-thinking culture.

Qualificações

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist/QBE) with at least 3 years UK accountancy practice experience.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing statutory accounts (FRS 102/FRS 105), CT600 computations.
• Portfolio & client leadership with proactive commercial advice.
• Mentoring and reviewing trainee and junior staff to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Proficiency with modern cloud platforms (Xero/Sage/QuickBooks) and practice software (IRIS/CCH/Digita).

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation and final review of statutory accounts and MI.
• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate and SME clients.
• Act as main client liaison for various entities.
• Coach and review junior staff to maintain quality control.
