Job summary

3Search is hiring a PPC Manager in London. This hands-on role owns paid search across international markets, shaping strategy and driving growth from the UK into Europe. You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and GA4, test ideas and translate data into clear commercial recommendations.

You will work in a lean marketing team with hybrid working (3 office days per week) and a benefits package including private healthcare and pension.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on PPC experience within an ecommerce or conversion-focused environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and curiosity to investigate the causes behind performance changes.
• Commercial experience optimising towards sales, revenue, CPA, ROAS or lead-generation outcomes.
• Confidence using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4 and reporting or analytics platforms.
• Ability to operate independently while influencing stakeholders across marketing, data and local markets.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and Microsoft Ads across multiple international markets
• Manage and forecast multi-market budgets against ROAS, CPA and revenue targets, with scope to scale
• Develop UK activity while identifying growth opportunities across European markets
• Lead testing across bidding, audiences, Demand Gen, Performance Max and emerging formats
• Improve attribution, automation and conversion-led bidding alongside data and web specialists
