Ramboll Group is seeking an experienced electrical engineering leader to join our global Power Systems team as Team Lead – Power Systems. You will guide a team of technical specialists while engaging with clients on complex projects during development and delivery.

You will contribute as a senior expert, technical lead or project manager across electrification, offshore wind, data centres and large-scale energy infrastructure, supporting growth and knowledge sharing within Ramboll.

Formación

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong technical experience in Power Systems within consultancy, utilities, energy or infrastructure.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects as senior expert, technical lead or project manager.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to develop and motivate technical specialists.
• Excellent client and stakeholder communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists, including recruitment and development.
• Take an active role in technical and billable project delivery as senior expert or project manager.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams and connect Ramboll experts to deliver solutions.
• Support ongoing development of Power Systems capabilities through knowledge sharing.
