Job summary

Sustainable Infrastructure seeks a Power Systems Engineer in the United Kingdom to own sophisticated electrical network design and analysis for data centres and critical infrastructure projects. You will lead the design, modelling, and delivery of resilient distribution systems, applying ETAP, SKM, and DIgSILENT PowerFactory to model loads, protection, and arc-flash assessments in line with UK standards.

Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive decisions from concept through master

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng/MEng) or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively working towards registration.
• Proven power systems analysis, design and project delivery experience.
• Experience with data centres and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with ETAP, SKM, or DIgSILENT PowerFactory.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, modelling, and delivery of resilient electrical distribution systems for data centres and critical infrastructure.
• Conduct power system studies: load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, transient stability, arc flash.
• Drive decisions from master planning to commissioning.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and manage client interfaces.
