• Detailed knowledge of semiconductor product life cycle and device characterization.
• Experience in yield analysis and circuit debugging with 6-sigma quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Characterize new product performance prior to manufacturing release.
• Develop and monitor Statistical Process Control systems.
• Collaborate with reliability/quality team on RMA customer returns.
