Responsibilities

• Characterization of new product performance prior to manufacturing release.
• Development of engineering database and Statistical Process Control systems.

Skills

Strong data analytical skills

Experience with SiC or other Wide-bandgap semiconductor devices

Yield analysis and circuit debug experience

Education

PhD or Master’s degree in semiconductor device/material physics or related fields
