Job summary
Korn Ferry International is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer for a contract role in the UK. You will lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of a low-code digital solution using Microsoft Power Platform to enhance governance, reporting and business processes.
You will capture, manage and track outputs, actions, risks and recommendations while collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust technical
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and deploying Power Apps in complex organisations.
- Strong Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
- Experience with Power Automate workflows and approvals.
- Experience configuring SharePoint Online Lists/Libraries and Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience across full lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
- Strong data modelling and information architecture skills.
- Ability to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce clear technical docs and handover materials.
- Experience handling sensitive information with governance controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of a Power Platform solution.
- Develop Power Apps to capture, manage and track outputs, actions, risks and recommendations.
- Design data models, schemas and information repositories.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for management information.
- Configure Power Automate workflows, alerts and approvals to improve governance.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries and Microsoft 365 components.
- Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements and validate designs.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and UI designs.
- Support Agile delivery with iterations, reviews and feedback sessions.
- Plan testing, manage defects and ensure quality of delivered solutions.
- Produce technical documentation and handover materials.
- Support deployment into live service and knowledge transfer.
