Job summary

Summer‑Browning Associates is seeking a Power Platform Developer for a five-month hybrid role in Bristol, with on-site days 2–3 per week. You will lead the design, development and deployment of a low-code solution to support SPEC activities, including outputs, actions, risks and lessons learned.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Platform deployment, Power BI dashboards, data modelling, and Dataverse; defence/government experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions from requirements through to deployment.
• Experience designing and implementing Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Active SC clearance (or eligibility) desirable for defence/government projects.

Responsibilities

Summer‑Browning Associates is currently supporting our defence client, who is seeking a Power Platform Developer for an initial five-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location

Hybrid working - Bristol (x2/ x3 days per week onsite)

About the role

You will be responsible for the leading the design, development and deployment of a low‑code digital solution to support the management of outputs, actions, risks, opportunities, lessons and recommendations arising from Strategic Planning, Exercises and Capability (SPEC) activity and associated workstreams.

The ideal candidate will hold Active SC clearance and have a strong background in delivery Power Platform Development support, with the following skills and experience:

• Experience developing and deploying Power Apps solutions.
• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions from requirements through to deployment and support transition.
• Experience designing and implementing Power BI dashboards and management information reporting.
• Knowledge of Data modelling and information architecture.
• Experience using Dataverse and advanced Power Platform capabilities. (Desirable)
• Experience working within Defence, Government or National Security environments. (Desirable)
