Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a senior Power Platform & D365 (CE) specialist to lead complex delivery across multiple projects. You will own architectures, build integrations using REST and Azure services, and mentor distributed teams while engaging directly with customers.

Requirements include 7+ years of delivery, strong front-end and back-end skills, and Microsoft certifications. The role supports flexible/remote working in the UK with global tech partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Power Platform/D365 (CE) projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate.
• Proven D365 CE module delivery across Sales, Customer Service and Insights.
• Front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Liquid Template.
• Strong C#/.Net server-side development and API/connector work.
• Azure integration: Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
• ALM/CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Agile practices.
• Familiarity with non-functional requirements and performance.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority across Power Platform and D365 (CE) projects.
• Lead solution design, build and delivery across projects.
• Own technical quality, standards and deliverables.
• Design and build integrations using APIs, connectors and Azure services.
• Engage with customers to refine requirements and guide deployments.
• Mentor developers and lead distributed teams.
• Guide ALM, DevOps and deployment strategies.
• Stay current with Microsoft platform evolution and AI-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into robust, maintainable solutions.
