Job summary

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn is seeking a Faculty lead for postgraduate education within the Faculty of Education, Nursing, Midwifery and AHPs. You will design, deliver and evaluate post-registration programmes for nurses, midwives and allied health professionals, guided by learning needs analyses and evidence-based teaching methods.

You will oversee postgraduate education, work with partners and ensure learners receive the support they need to succeed, while maintaining registration

Qualifications

• Requires registration with NMC or HCPC as appropriate
• Demonstrated post-qualification clinical leadership experience
• Experience supervising learners in acute settings
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and research

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery and evaluation of post-registration education for nurses, midwives and AHPs
• Conduct learning needs analyses and translate findings into education/workforce development plans
• Design and facilitate evidence-based learning, including classroom teaching, simulation and coaching
• Support registrants to consolidate clinical knowledge and practice safely and autonomously
• Oversee postgraduate education programmes and collaborate with partners to ensure learner support
