Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of structured post-registration education and professional development programmes for registered nurses, midwives and AHPs.
• Undertake individual and service-level learning needs analyses, translating findings into targeted education and workforce development plans.
• Design and facilitate evidence-based learning activities, including classroom teaching, clinical skills training, simulation, coaching, action learning and reflective practice.
• Support registrants to consolidate clinical knowledge, develop professional confidence, strengthen clinical decision-making and practise safely, effectively and autonomously.
