Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Senior Post-16 Practitioner to lead and support Post-16 Practitioners, strengthen practice across the county, and collaborate with colleges, schools, providers, families and partners to help young people access positive next steps.
You will line manage staff, coach and model effective practice, and work with multiple partners to identify and support young people at risk of disengagement or NEET.
