Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Senior Post-16 Practitioner to lead and support Post-16 Practitioners, co-ordinate countywide practice, and collaborate with colleges, schools, providers, families and partners to help young people access positive next steps.
You will line manage practitioners, coach and model effective practice, work with education stakeholders, and identify young people at risk of disengagement or NEET. An enhanced with barred list DBS check is required for this post.
