Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience with learning disabilities.
• Understanding of PBS, trauma-informed care.
• Ability to work in an MDT and with carers.

Responsibilities

• Complete specialist functional assessments and formulations for people with learning disabilities and autism who present with behaviours of concern.
• Develop, implement and review Positive Behaviour Support plans with individuals, families and professionals.
• Provide specialist PBS advice and consultation to colleagues, support providers and partner agencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure safeguarding and professional standards.
