Job summary

Millennium is seeking an experienced onboarding leader to coordinate the setup for internal and external portfolio managers and their teams. You will partner with senior leaders across Equities, Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities, and Quant Strategies to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, aligning with risk, technology, operations, compliance, legal, and HR to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within hedge funds, allocators, or prime brokerage environments.
• Strong knowledge of market structure, including equities execution flows and trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding activities for internal and external portfolio managers and their teams.
• Partner with senior leaders across Equities, Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities, and Quant Strategies to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
• Build a strong understanding of portfolio manager requirements and coordinate delivery across Risk, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, HR, and other teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery to enhance PM experience, strategy support and data capture.
• Support strategic initiatives related to new strategies, products, markets, and trading systems.
• Provide high-quality advisory guidance to managers as they set up and onboard to the Millennium platform; maintaining an in-depth understanding of how to leverage the platform effectively.
