Job summary

Renaissance Asset Finance seeks an experienced professional to own and monitor a diverse BD credit portfolio, overseeing onboarding through to risk monitoring. You will collaborate with Credit, Risk and Audit to ensure governance and credit stewardship across client relationships.

You will draft proposals, analyse financial data, and implement AML/KYC controls while maintaining high standards of risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of asset finance in a wide range of market areas.
• Extensive credit risk management experience.
• Extensive experience of managing complex client relationships.
• Previous experience in bank lending at a corporate level.
• Knowledge of current Finance Credit Act legislation, Data Protection laws, Anti Money Laundering and KYC.

Responsibilities

• Managing BD team and RAF Credit in gathering and analysing financial information for Credit Proposals.
• Drafting Credit Proposals and report writing.
• Analysis of key financial and non-financial data to monitor client performance and manage risk.
• Maintain high standards of risk management across credit, operational and reputational risk.
• Liaise with clients, audit, credit, and sales support for day-to-day management of relationships.
• Implement anti money laundering and KYC procedures as laid down by the company.
• Escalate potential issues/risks to senior leadership promptly.
