Secure Trust Bank PLC seeks a Portfolio Director to oversee a portfolio of Asset Based Lending clients, acting as the primary relationship owner and trusted adviser. You will drive growth while maintaining credit quality and regulatory compliance throughout the client lifecycle.

You will partner with Credit, Portfolio Management, Operations and Business Development to identify opportunities and deliver practical funding solutions with sound risk controls.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Asset Based Lending, Invoice Finance or Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge of ABL products and structures used for growth financing.
• Proven ability to manage SME and corporate portfolios with credit discipline.

• Own and grow a portfolio of ABL clients with primary relationship responsibility.
• Lead credit reviews, risk assessments and renewals within agreed timescales.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Operations and Business Development to fund growth.
• Ensure regulatory and governance standards are upheld and client outcomes are fair.
