Secure Trust Bank Group is seeking a Portfolio and Structuring Director to oversee a portfolio of Asset Based Lending clients and act as the trusted adviser. You will partner with Credit, Portfolio Management, Operations and Business Development to grow the portfolio while maintaining risk controls and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer outcomes, understanding client needs, and driving growth in a regulated, purpose-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Asset Based Lending (ABL), Invoice Finance, or Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge of ABL products and structures (Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Stock Finance, Cash Flow Lending).
• Proven portfolio management experience with SME and corporate clients.
• Strong credit analysis skills with ability to assess financial performance and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of Asset Based Lending clients, acting as the primary relationship owner.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, finance leaders and key stakeholders.
• Understand clients' funding needs and growth plans.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Deliver excellent customer service, driving client satisfaction and retention.
• Own portfolio performance, profitability and credit quality.
