This is a role for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You will balance hand-on technical accounting with proactive stakeholder engagement, using your expertise to streamline processes, improve controls and tell the story behind the numbers so decisions are informed, timely and accountable.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

  • Coordinating year-end processes and audits, responding to queries and providing clear working papers and evidence.
  • Partnering with property managers and clients to explain financials, support decision-making and resolve queries.
  • Enhancing processes, data quality and reporting through system use, standardisation and continuous improvement.
Who This Role Is For
  • You bring depth in portfolio or multi-entity accounting and enjoy the responsibility of owning an end-to-end remit.
  • You communicate complex financial information simply and build strong, respectful relationships.
  • You are organised, deadline-driven and comfortable prioritising across a busy, varied workload.
