Rendall & Rittner is seeking a part-time, home-based Assistant Property Manager to support the Midlands portfolio. You’ll act as a trusted contact for residents and contractors, coordinating daily operations and ensuring compliance across sites.
The role is Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 12-month contract, with remote work flexibility. You’ll manage resident inquiries, coordinate contractors, maintain records for H&S and compliance, and assist with service charges and reporting.
You will play a pivotal supporting role, helping to deliver first-class management across a Midlands portfolio. You will be a trusted point of contact for residents, contractors and stakeholders, coordinating smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring actions are followed through.
This is a home-based role, offering flexibility to manage your workload remotely while supporting the team with the effective management of the portfolio.
Most days you will manage inboxes and resident requests, progress maintenance actions with contractors, and keep compliance, H&S and finance‑related records up to date. You will prepare reports, minutes and communications, and support the planning and follow up of site inspections, meetings and remedial works. You’ll work closely with your team to prioritise tasks, spot risks early and keep stakeholders informed.
