Job summary

LA International is seeking an experienced PMO Planner to support a large-scale programme in Basingstoke. You will maintain integrated schedules, track milestones and dependencies, and provide clear planning insights to enable effective delivery.

Key experience includes PMO planning, scheduling across multiple workstreams, schedule risk and recovery planning, plus strong reporting and dashboarding for governance forums. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PMO planning and programme scheduling.
• Experience managing integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of milestones, dependencies and schedule risk.
• Ability to identify slippage and provide recovery planning.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding skills for senior governance forums.
• Advanced MS Project and Excel; PowerPoint/SharePoint experience.
