Eaton Wimborne in Wimborne, Dorset, seeks a Senior Planner/PMO Analyst to support project and programme delivery through structured planning, governance, and reporting. You’ll maintain consistency across schedules, risk registers, and reporting processes while collaborating with Programme, Engineering, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

You will lead monthly planning cadence, develop complex schedules, analyse data for forecasting, and provide cross-functional financial reporting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in PMO or project planning roles.
• Experience using MS Project for complex schedules.
• Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly planning cadence, updates and governance.
• Develop and manage complex schedules using MS Project.
• Analyse project data (critical path, earned value, Schedule Risk Analysis).
• Reconcile financials and reschedule past-due tasks with cross-functional reporting.
• Utilise Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerBI for insights.
• Facilitate risk management sessions and gated lifecycle processes.
• Engage with Engineering, Finance and Programme teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide technical SME leadership to junior PMO analysts.
