Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Senior PMO to lead governance and delivery across multiple programmes. You will oversee PMO activities, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with project managers, senior stakeholders, and clients to drive reporting, controls, and performance management.

In addition to maintaining project frameworks, you will own IMS planning, schedule integrity, risk and dependency monitoring, and ensure transparency across public and private sector portfolios.

Qualifications

• PMO, project support or management experience with complex programmes.
• Familiarity with governance, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of planning methodologies and IMS/critical path.
• Experience with EVM and programme controls is desirable.
• Experience with financial tracking, resourcing and capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO services across multiple projects and client engagements.
• Maintain the programme Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project.
• Ensure schedule integrity with governance, dependencies and milestones.
• Develop governance processes and repeatable reporting.
• Produce reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor Junior PMOs and coordinate with delivery teams.
