Colliers is seeking an Associate Director – PMO Manager to lead governance, reporting and controls for a Life Sciences client. You will coordinate client stakeholders, Colliers leadership, in-country project managers and specialists to ensure governance and delivery align with client requirements and Colliers standards.

The role requires senior PMO experience across multi-market programmes, strong Excel/PowerPoint, risk and issue management, and the ability to influence without direct authority

Qualifikationen

• Senior PMO experience in governance, reporting and controls for complex programmes.
• Experience with multi-country or multi-workstream programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the PMO governance model for client capital projects and ensure compliance.
• Produce high-quality weekly, monthly and governance reporting for stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs, risks, issues and decisions with owners and deadlines.
• Coach project teams on governance requirements and reporting protocols.
• Prepare governance packs and meeting minutes for leadership forums.
• Support mobilisation and delivery across delivery partners and in-country teams.
• Identify improvements to reporting, governance, and account delivery processes.
