Are you the glue that holds transformation together? We’re looking for a Senior PMO Analyst who’s ready to step into a central, delivery-focused role—keeping the wheels of progress turning and ensuring every project delivers real value.

In this role, you’ll drive the governance, assurance, and performance monitoring that keep high-profile business transformation programmes on track. It’s more than reporting — it’s about shaping outcomes.

This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months and ideally you will visit the Witham office a minimum of 2-3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting and challenging delivery teams to stay aligned with strategic goals
• Tracking milestones, benefits, risks, and dependencies across complex portfolios
• Running governance forums and crafting sharp, insightful reporting
• Creating tools and frameworks that make delivery smoother and smarter
• Acting as a champion for excellence in change delivery
